No time for a sunny getaway this season? Not to worry, we’ve got some simple ideas to transport you to the tropics with these recipes from Skyy’s Pineapple Infused Vodka. If you and your friends want to warm up this winter but aren’t able to cruise to the Caribbean, you can still celebrate island-style when you throw an impromptu tiki party.
Purchase decorations like Tiki cups, paper umbrellas, and leis at your local party supply store. Serve tropical fruit and chicken skewers for snacks (use a stove top grill pan in lieu of a bar-b-que if your grill is unavailable) and mix up your favorite island drinks. – Lauren Hall

Suggested Cocktail Recipes
Vodka Mai Tai
1 oz Skyy Pineapple infused Vodka
1/3 oz Orange Juice
2/3 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Cherry Juice
Dash almond syrup or liqueur (Optional)
Shake pineapple vodka, orange, and pineapple juice with ice. Pour into a tall glass, or Tiki cup, float cherry juice and almond syrup. Lavishly garnish with fruit and an umbrella.
Pineapple Climbing Ivy
4-5 Mint Leaves
Juice of ½ lemon
Juice of ½ lime
2 oz Skyy Pineapple infused Vodka
1/4 oz Pineapple Juice
Lemon-lime soda
Muddle (or lightly crush) Mint leaves; add ice, lemon, lime, juice and vodka. Shake thoroughly and pour into a tall glass. Float lemon lime soda to fill glass.
