Laughter Medicine

A good friend of mine from India remembers awakening in the wee hours of the morning to the sound of people laughing outside her home. It was the laughing yogi’s. At 6am in the morning, she didn’t find this particularly funny, but it turns out that laughing for just 20minutes a day can make drastic improvements to both emotional and physical health.
